In the month of January, only 50 hours of sunlight graced the city of Toronto. The dark, bleak and cold weather has brought out the demons in all of us.
So, as a toast to the season, we brewed a spicy and complex Black Rye IPA. Introducing Demon Host, Black Rye IPA, coming to our retail store fridges this Friday night.

Rye is one of our brewers favourite locally grown ingredients and one that we will be experimenting with in a few different releases this year.
In this Black Rye IPA, we used Heritage Rye complimented by dark and roasted malts. It also features late Harvest Chinook hops from our friends CLS farms in the heart of hop country better known as Yakima Valley, Washington.

The Beer – Demon Host Black Rye IPA / 6.5% with 70 IBU

Release – Friday Feb 10th at 5pm at 45 Esandar and 245 Queens Quay for $6.95
We will be pouring samples all weekend long!
