Amsterdam Natural Blonde Lager (5.0% alc./vol.)

Crisp and clean, our flagship lager is a golden coloured beer brewed in the tradition of its continental cousins. Using Canadian pale barley, our brewers craft this beer by infusing the malt wort with only the finest aromatic noble hops. After a controlled fermentation with our Danish yeast strain, the beer is chilled and aged until being cold filtered prior to kegging or bottling. The finished product is a very clean and well-balanced hoppy beer without the astringent bitterness of some other European styled lagers. This Blonde is 100% all natural. Big Wheel Deluxe Amber (5.0% alc./vol.)

To master the Big Wheel takes patience and practice. So does making the perfect amber beer. Our award winning amber was created out of a desire for the perfectly balanced beer combining all the qualities of a rich traditional pale ale with the drinkability of a modern lager. Big Wheel Deluxe Amber is brewed with a blend of imported Pale and Crystal malts for a bright amber colour and sweet malt character then dry hopped with a blend of UK hops to achieve a perfect balance of rounded malt and hop taste. Amsterdam Nut Brown Ale (5.0% alc./vol.)

The object of desire, Amsterdam Nut Brown Ale is crisp yet subtle in character. A classic British-style brown ale brewed with a blend of Canadian and European malts (including chocolate malt from Belgium), this traditional deep chestnut coloured ale exudes a bold and attractive taste. Brewed with English Ale yeast and balanced by four varieties of continental hops, our Nut Brown Ale delivers an uncommon smoothness and distinct drink-ability.

Amsterdam 86 is the new luxury light beer of choice for craft beer drinkers. Delivering the exceptional quality and character you would expect from Amsterdam, but with 20% less calories than the leading light beers, 86 is an obvious choice for the light beer drinker. Our light beer is brewed with Canadian pale two-row barley malt plus a combination of European hops. It's then cold-filtered to ensure a smooth, crisp finish. With a body like this beer, only you and the bartender will know it's light.

Framboise (6.5% alc./vol.)

Using an old world recipe, we handcraft this wonderous beer with Belgian wheat malt and fresh raspberries. In fact, six pounds of fresh British Columbia raspberries go into making every case, resulting in a tart, crisp flavour. Our double fermentation process produces an intensely fresh raspberry aroma and palate, abundantly obvious from its ruby-red colour and pink head. During the aging process, the hop and fruit acids balance out the residual malt sugars to give this beer more taste bud bang. Amsterdam Framboise is best served chilled and shared with friends.

Two Fisted Stout (4.3% alc./vol.)

Here at Amsterdam we believe in quality and value. Our Two Fisted Stout is hand crafted in small batches using fine roast barley and European hops to bring you a beer with loads of Irish character and two fists full of flavour. The pour presents a thick creamy head and smooth mellow finish to round out the perfect stout drinking experience.

Oranje Weisse (5% alc./vol.)

An ode to our Dutch heritage, Oranje Weisse is a premium, unfiltered white beer. Predominantly brewed with un-malted wheat which gives it a hazy appearance we've also added two types of orange peel, some coriander, and a touch of anise. The result is a unique flavour combination of citrus and light spice. Our signature yeast reveals a complex aroma and slight tartness on the palate. We recommend serving with a slice of orange on the side of the glass to enhance this refreshing seasonal brew.

Do the "Weisse Roll" - Prior to opening, lay the bottle on its side and gently roll back and forth. This will enliven any yeast that has settled naturally on the bottom and give you a complete taste experience. Pour into a tall glass and enjoy.

Spring Bock (6.0% alc./vol.)

Originally brewed only in monasteries for consumption during Lent, bock beers are the richest, creamiest, and most full-bodied beers in the world. Because of their high food energy and nutritional content, bock beer provided sustenance to monks who were required to fast for over 40 days and nights. If there was one beer you could literally live off of, this would be it. Our Spring Bock is crafted using three types of imported malts to give it a unique richness and deep mahogany colour. Fermented with our house strain of Danish yeast and aged three times longer than other beers, Amsterdam Spring Bock is a seasonal brew you do not want to miss out on.

Tilted Kilt Scotch Ale (6.5% alc./vol.)

This is our version of the "wee heavy" ales from Scotland. A blend of five different malts and an extra long boil gives this beer its full-bodied and deep ruby-red colour. The low hop rate allows for a sweeter tasting brew that's suitable to fend off the winter chill and will warm you up from the belly out.

Pomegranate Wheat (4.5% alc./vol.)

A tasteful twist!

Pomegranate and berry extract give this classic wheat beer a refreshingly unique taste. Great with light food fare, hot summer days and warm summer nights.

Oktoberfest Lager (6% alc./vol.)

Is there any time of year that Germans don't celebrate with beer? A Bavarian lager brewed with a small amount of beechwood-smoked barley (we smoke the malt ourselves), Oktoberfest Lager has a distinctive fall flavour that welcomes this sensational season. Belonging to the "marzen" or "rauchbier" style of beer, these brews were originally crafted in springtime and stored, or "lagered", until autumn for optimum enjoyment. Prosit!

KLB Raspberry Wheat (4.5% alc./vol.)

The perfect balance of German Perle hops, wheat malt, and raspberry infusion gives KLB Raspberry Wheat its signature aroma and unforgettable flavour. Light amber in colour with a frothy white head, this smooth, full-bodied beer is distinguishable by a fresh raspberry bouquet that's slightly tart to the taste and sure to please on any occasion.

KLB Cream Ale (4.7% alc./vol.)

Coined "the smooth one", this is a lightly hopped ale made with East Kent Goldings hops. This beer has enough body to tantalize those who enjoy a little malt flavour yet very enjoyable for the average connoisseur taste.

KLB Premium Pale Ale (5.6% alc./vol.)

Copper coloured and lightly carbonated, KLB Pale Ale has a complex, fruity bouguet and a full malt body. Pale Ale is balanced with an assertive Fuggels bittering hop that gives it a long, bittersweet finish. This is a true "beer drinker's" beer.

KLB Nut Brown Ale (5.1% alc./vol.)

A classic brown British ale rich in colour and taste, this beer is crafted with six different malts and finished with East Kent Goldings hops. Dark brown in colour, Nut Brown has a full malt body that settles smoothly on the palate towards a slightly sweet finish. Hints of honey and chocolate malt give it a truly unique flavour.
